CMS Management
The Content Management System allows you to upload and manage the media assets used across the platform.
Accessing CMS
To access the CMS, navigate to CMS Management in the sidebar navigation. The CMS holds your media library: the images used across stacks, actions and app configuration.
Teams and players are managed in Teams & Players. See Teams, Players & Rosters and Player Profiles.
Media (Images)
The Media tab is where you upload and manage all image assets used across the platform. Images are stored in the platform CDN and can be referenced across stacks, actions, and app configuration.
- Upload images — Upload images in PNG, JPEG, or SVG format. Uploaded images are immediately available for use throughout the platform.
- Browse images — View all uploaded images in a grid layout. This makes it easy to find and identify the image you need.
- Select images for actions — When choosing images for actions in the stack editor, the CMS opens in select mode, allowing you to pick an existing image from your library.
- Delete images — Remove images that are no longer needed. Deleting an image removes it from the CDN permanently.
Using CMS Content in Actions
Many action types allow you to select images from the CMS rather than uploading a new file each time. When editing an action, look for the Select from CMS option to browse and pick media from your library. This ensures consistent use of approved assets across your stacks and reduces the need to upload duplicate images.
