Fan Management

View and manage your app users (fans), their groups, loyalty points, and activity.

Fan User Table

The main Fan Management page shows a table of all app users. You can search by email or name to quickly locate a specific fan. Click on any user row to view their full profile. The table supports pagination with configurable page sizes of 10, 20, or 50 rows per page.

Fan Profile Details

Click on a fan in the user table to view their detailed profile. The profile is organised into multiple tabs, each providing a different view of the fan's data and activity.

Fan Details

The Fan Details tab displays the user's core account information including their name, email address, phone number, account status, nickname, points balance, account creation date, and last login timestamp.

Submissions

The Submissions tab shows all form submissions from this user across all stacks and actions. This provides a consolidated view of every form the fan has completed.

Activity

The Activity tab displays the fan's engagement history, including stack views and interactions. Use this tab to understand how actively a fan is using your content.

Notifications

The Notifications tab shows the history of push notifications sent to this user, allowing you to review what communications they have received.

Redemptions

The Redemptions tab provides a complete loyalty points history showing points earned and redeemed, with event descriptions and timestamps for each transaction.

Groups

The Groups tab lets you view and manage which fan groups this user belongs to. You can add the user to groups or remove them from groups directly from this tab.

Loyalty Points

The loyalty points system rewards fans for engaging with your content. Fans earn points through various interactions such as viewing stacks, completing quizzes, making correct predictions, and more. Points are tracked per client under the user's profile and can be redeemed for offers.

Manual Points Transactions

To manually adjust a fan's points balance, navigate to the fan's profile and use the Create Transaction option. You can award points (credit) or deduct points (debit) manually. Each transaction requires a description explaining the reason for the adjustment. All manual transactions are logged in the fan's redemption history for a complete audit trail.

Fan Score

Each fan is assigned an engagement score between 0 and 1000, calculated daily based on their interaction history. The score appears as a sortable column in the fan table and in detail on each fan's profile. You can also filter fans by score value or percentile rank using the Advanced Filters. For a full explanation of how the Fan Score is calculated, see Fan Score.

Fan Groups

Navigate to Fan Groups in the sidebar to manage fan segmentation. Groups allow you to segment fans for targeted content delivery and access control.

Creating Groups

Create a new group by providing a name. You can optionally enable self-registration, which allows fans to join the group automatically without manual intervention from an administrator.

Group Membership

Add or remove fans from groups manually through the group management interface or through individual fan profiles. You can also use the Add User to Group action type within stacks for automatic group assignment based on user interactions.

Using Groups

Groups can be used to restrict which actions are visible to specific audiences. When configuring an action, use the Permitted Groups setting to specify which fan groups can see and interact with that action. This enables you to deliver targeted content to specific segments of your audience.
