Fan Content

Manage fan-submitted content and organise it into groups for display in galleries and content sharing actions.

Content Groups

Navigate to Fan Content in the sidebar. Content is organised into groups. Each group has a name, description, and an optional header image. You can create new groups or edit existing ones to organise fan-submitted content by theme, event, or campaign.

Content Items

Within a content group, you can view individual content items submitted by fans. Each item includes an image and an optional caption provided by the fan at the time of submission.

Content Moderation

Fan-submitted content goes through a moderation workflow to ensure quality and appropriateness before it is displayed publicly. Each content item can be in one of the following states:

• Pending — Newly submitted content that is awaiting review by a moderator.
• Approved — Content that has been reviewed and approved for display in galleries and other content actions.
• Rejected — Content that has been reviewed and rejected. Rejected content will not be displayed to other fans.

You can add moderation notes to each content item to document your review decisions and provide context for other administrators.

Using Fan Content

Content groups can be linked to Gallery actions and Content Sharing actions within stacks. When a Gallery action's content source is set to Fan Content or Content Group, it pulls approved content from the selected group and displays it to fans. This enables user-generated content to be showcased as part of your engagement experiences.
