Interactive actions for polls, quizzes, trivia competitions, and prediction games.
Poll
A poll action allows users to vote on a set of options. Polls are ideal for gathering audience opinions during live events, gauging sentiment, or simply encouraging participation. Once a user votes, results can optionally be displayed to show vote counts and percentages.
Settings
Poll Options
Add or remove poll options. Each option can include an optional image, either uploaded directly or selected from the CMS image library.
Display Results? Toggle
When enabled, vote counts and percentages are shown to users after they have submitted their vote.
Allow Multiple Answers? Toggle
When enabled, users can select more than one option before submitting their vote.
Hide Vote Submission Button? Toggle
When enabled, the vote is automatically submitted as soon as the user selects an option, without requiring them to press a submit button.
TV Display Graph Type
Choose how poll results are visualised on the TV app display. Options are Bar Chart or Pie Chart.
Quiz
A quiz action presents users with a question and a set of answer options, where one or more answers are marked as correct. Quizzes are useful for testing knowledge, running trivia rounds, or creating educational content. After answering, users can optionally see whether they answered correctly and what the correct answer was.
Settings
Answer Options
Add or remove answer options and mark which options are correct. Each option can include an optional image, either uploaded directly or selected from the CMS image library.
Header Image Optional
An optional header image that replaces the quiz title in the app display. Upload an image or select one from the CMS.
Display Results? Toggle
When enabled, results are shown to the user after they have submitted their answer.
Allow Multiple Answers? Toggle
When enabled, users can select more than one answer option. This is useful when a question has multiple correct answers.
Text to Display Upon Correct Answer Text
A custom success message shown to users who answer the question correctly.
Display Correct Answer? Toggle
When enabled, the correct answer is revealed to the user after they submit their response, regardless of whether they answered correctly or not.
Quiz Coalescer
The quiz coalescer action combines scores from multiple individual quiz actions into a single leaderboard. Users complete separate quiz actions throughout an event or campaign, and the coalescer compiles their total score across all linked quizzes. This is ideal for multi-round trivia competitions or knowledge challenges that span multiple sessions.
Settings
Collect Name and Email? Toggle
When enabled, users are required to provide their name and email address in order to appear on the leaderboard.
Points for Submitting Entry Number
The number of loyalty points awarded to a user for completing and submitting their entry to the quiz coalescer.
Points for Perfect Score Number
Additional loyalty points awarded to a user who achieves a perfect score by answering every question correctly across all linked quizzes.
Tip
Points are only awarded to users who are logged in with an email-based account. Anonymous users will not receive points.
Predictor
The predictor action is a prediction or guessing game similar to a poll, but with a correct answer that can be marked after the event concludes. Users make their predictions before or during an event, and once the outcome is known, the correct answer is set and points are awarded to those who predicted correctly.

Points for Participating Number
The number of loyalty points awarded to a user simply for making a prediction, regardless of whether it is correct.
Points for Correct Answer Number
The number of loyalty points awarded to users who predicted correctly, once the correct answer has been revealed.

After the event, use the Polls section to mark the correct answer. Points will be automatically awarded to users who predicted correctly.
