Content Actions
Actions for displaying rich text, sharing content, and photo galleries.
Rich Text
The rich text action displays formatted text content directly within a stack. It uses a built-in rich text editor that supports headings, bold, italic, lists, and links. This action is ideal for presenting information, instructions, descriptions, or any formatted text content to your audience.
Configuration
Use the built-in rich text editor to create your formatted content. The editor supports the following formatting options:
- Headings — Multiple heading levels for structuring content
- Bold and Italic — Emphasis formatting for inline text
- Lists — Ordered and unordered lists
- Links — Hyperlinks to external URLs
The content you create in the editor is displayed directly in the action as it appears to users in the app.
Content Sharing
The content sharing action allows you to share content with your audience, with built-in access control and scheduling. Content can be restricted to authenticated users, limited to a date range, and associated with a content group for organised distribution.
Settings
Header Image Optional
An optional header image displayed at the top of the content sharing action. Upload an image or select one from the CMS image library.
Description
The main content of the sharing action, created using the rich text editor. Supports formatted text with headings, bold, italic, lists, and links.
Auto-expand Toggle
When enabled, the content sharing action automatically expands when the stack loads, displaying its content immediately without requiring the user to tap on it.
Valid From / Valid To
A date range that controls when the content is accessible to users. The content will only be visible and available between the specified start and end dates.
Require Login Toggle
When enabled (default: on), users must be authenticated to view the content. Unauthenticated users will be prompted to log in before they can access the shared content.
Terms and Conditions Optional
Optional terms and conditions text that users must accept before accessing the content.
Content Group Optional
Link this action to a content group for organised sharing. Content groups allow you to manage related content together.
Gallery
The gallery action displays a collection of images within a stack. Galleries can source images from user-submitted fan content or from a curated content group managed in the CMS. This action is useful for showcasing event photos, fan submissions, promotional imagery, or any visual collection.
Settings
Header Image Optional
An optional header image displayed at the top of the gallery action. Upload an image or select one from the CMS image library.
Auto-expand Toggle
When enabled, the gallery automatically expands when the stack loads, displaying its images immediately.
Content Source
Choose the source for gallery images. Select Fan Content to display user-submitted images, or Content Group to display a curated set of images from the CMS.
Content Group UUID
When the content source is set to Content Group, select which content group to pull images from. The gallery will display all images associated with the chosen group.
Gallery Images
Manually add or remove individual images to the gallery. Use the upload control to add new images or remove existing ones from the collection.
