App Imagery

Upload and manage the branding images used throughout your app.

App Branding Images

Three key images define the visual identity of your app. Each serves a specific purpose and has recommended dimensions for optimal display.

Top-Left Menu Icon

The icon displayed in the top-left corner of the app. This is typically a team or organisation logo and is visible on most screens. For best results, use a square image (1:1 aspect ratio) so it scales correctly across different device sizes.

Main Logo

The primary logo displayed on main screens within the app. This should be a landscape orientation image with approximately a 5:1 aspect ratio. The wider format ensures the logo displays prominently without taking up excessive vertical space.

Sign-In Hero Image

The large hero image displayed on the sign-in screen. This is the first visual impression users receive when opening the app. For best results, use a 16:9 aspect ratio image. High-resolution photographic images work well here to create an engaging sign-in experience.

Uploading Images

Images are managed through the CMS library. To set a branding image:

  1. Upload the image to the CMS library first.
  2. Navigate to the App Management editor.
  3. Select the desired image from the CMS library for each image slot.

Each image reference includes a Content UUID and Image URL. The Content UUID links to the image record in the CMS, while the Image URL is the direct path used by the app to load the image.

Tip

For best results, use PNG or SVG format for logos and icons. Use JPEG for photographic hero images to keep file sizes manageable.
