Actions for displaying loyalty leaderboards and presenting redeemable offers.

Loyalty Points Leaderboard

The loyalty points leaderboard action ranks fans by their loyalty points balance, creating a competitive element that encourages ongoing engagement. The leaderboard displays usernames and point totals in descending order, motivating fans to participate in more activities to climb the rankings.

Settings

Number of Entries to Display Number
The number of users to show on the leaderboard, from 1 to 100. The default value is 10.
Auto-expand Toggle
When enabled, the leaderboard automatically expands when the stack loads, displaying the rankings immediately. When auto-expand is enabled, users cannot collapse the action.
Header Image Optional
An optional header image displayed at the top of the leaderboard. Upload an image or select one from the CMS image library.
Background Image Optional
An optional background image displayed behind the leaderboard content.

The leaderboard shows fans ranked by their points balance for the current client. Only logged-in users with points will appear.

Fan Offer

The fan offer action presents a redeemable loyalty offer within a stack. It allows fans to view offer details and redeem them using their accumulated loyalty points. Fan offers are a powerful way to reward engagement and drive specific behaviours by offering tangible incentives.

Settings

Header Image
The display image for the offer, shown to users when they view the action in a stack.
Offer UUID
Select from the list of available offers that have been configured in the Fan Offers section of Mission Control. This links the action to a specific offer and its redemption rules.
Auto-expand Toggle
When enabled, the fan offer action automatically expands when the stack loads, displaying the offer details immediately.
Tip

Fan offers must be created in the Fan Offers section before they can be linked to a stack action. See the Fan Offers documentation for details on creating offers.
